The National Aquarium

• Lost, damaged and / or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.
• The National Aquarium will cater to all age groups. However, no child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to The National Aquarium unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.

The Pixoul Gaming

• Wheelchairs are provided free of charge as long as a valid ID is submitted at the counter.
• Pixoul Gaming will cater to all ages. However, children below the age of 12 must be supervised /accompanied by an adult or guardian.
• Pixoul Gaming will provide an immersing experience, with an average game lasting around 6 minutes. This is approximately double the length of knowledge found in other edutainment or gaming hub in the region.
• Pixoul is one of the 11 anchors in Al Qana, which will have over 3000 outdoor and basement parking free of charge

The National Aquarium

• Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
• All Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, not for resale and will become automatically void on any transfer for value.
• No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to The National Aquarium unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.
• Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited in The National Aquarium.
• Smoking (including of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside and in premises owned and/or operated by The National Aquarium.
