5-Day Cultural Journey from Mexico City to Cancun Paradise

DAY1: MEXICO CITY

Arrival and Meet –Private Airport Transfers Your holiday in Mexico begins upon arrival at Mexico City Airport, where our representative will greet you inside the terminal, holding a sign with your surname. You will be transferred to your Hotel, where you can relax and enjoy the deluxe ambiance. Afterward, you may explore the nearby area or take advantage of the Hotel’s facilities. Dinner at a fine Restaurant. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

DAY2: MEXICO CITY

Start your day with a flavorful breakfast, then you will have an incredible tour of Mexico City. Mexico City Tour, including Xochimilco Boat Tour. After Breakfast, explore the main district, called the Historical Center and City of Palaces, which UNESCO lists as a World Heritage Site. This exciting walking tour includes "The Zocalo" - the heart of this cosmopolitan city where we will visit: the Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Palace, and the Independence Monument.

Continue to the southern part of Mexico City. Follow Insurgentes, the world's most significant avenue, passing the Cibeles Fountain, Polyforum Siqueiros, and Plaza de Toros to arrive at the National Museum of Anthropology. You arrive at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) campus, listed as a World Heritage.

See the Olympic Stadium of 1968, with a mural by Diego Rivera. Your next destination is Xochimilco, one of the most picturesque and colorful areas of Mexico City, and one of the last remaining vestiges of the old Aztec capital of Tenochtitlán.

DAY 3: CANCUN

Breakfast at the Hotel. Private Airport Transfer to Cancun Airport. After you have enjoyed breakfast, our driver will transfer you to Mexico City Airport for your flight to Cancun. (Note: The internal flight is not included in the package price.) Upon arrival at Cancun Airport, our representative will await you with a sign displaying your surname. You will then be transferred to your resort in Cancun, where you can relax. Lunch on your own – Dinner at the Emporio All-Inclusive Hotel – Stay Overnight at the Hotel.

DAY4: CANCUN

Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner at the Hotel. The day is free for you to explore at your leisure. Overnight stay at the Hotel. The first Option is a day free to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive resort. The second Option is to take our famous Chichen Itza Tour. The price is listed below in the optional tour list. (The Tour cost is not included in the package.)

DAY5: The return

After enjoying Breakfast at the Hotel, check out and get prepared for your private airport transfer from the Hotel to Cancun Airport. • A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
• Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details.
• Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date.
• For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
• Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them.
• The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that this may incur at the hotel.
• Any request for early check in or late check out will be subject to availability and will apply a charge of 50% of the room rent.
• Porter-age/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
• Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
• Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 14-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater
• We are not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
• We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. There will be a $25 per person surcharge to be added to the invoice. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.
• We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
• We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
• Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
• The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
• Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions.
• Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
• We does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
• Children under 2 years travel free. Child adults.
• Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room),we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Roll away beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
• Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
• Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
• The hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel.
• If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
• The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
• All bookings need to be received 32 days prior to the departure dates. This is mandatory for Mexico departures
• Disclaimer:
• We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on weather, traffic, or other conditions for the convenience of the traveling customers. We reserve the right to use Van/Minibus/Coach depending on the number of passengers.
• In case of coach break down due to mechanical failures, the company will make every effort to fix-the problem but please note that there will be no monetary compensation for the inconvenience caused.
