Some rides and features impose height and weight limits.
In the area designated for encounters with penguins, mobile phones and cameras are not permitted.
The Avalanche Café and the North 28 restaurant are the only places where it is acceptable to consume beverages and food for consumption on the cold side (Friday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 AM; Sunday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Thursday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM).
Availability is a factor that determines whether or not the Snow Plus pass includes activities that are optional. A different activity that is included in the package can be selected by the visitor in the event that the activity of their choice is unavailable on the day of their stay.
