* Just a heads up, the museum has a new policy in place for when people don't show up at the scheduled times.
* The museum does not prohibit the use of strollers with infants.
* If your entrance time is already in the books, the attraction will do its best to accommodate you at the next open time window that same day.
* All photography and filming must be done in natural light only, without the use of a flash, and must be intended for private, non-commercial use.

* You may buy food and drinks, but you have to eat them in specific places. The lobby and gardens are available for guests to enjoy their cuisine. Parents or guardians are welcome to bring beverages and food to the Future Heroes level, but they must not go beyond the entrance. For the sake of everyone's safety, the other exhibits do not permit the consumption of any food or drink.
* About two hours is the estimated time required for the complete self-guided tour.
* On the day of their visit, Museum of the Future ticket holders can park themselves for free for up to three hours. Please be advised that the number of parking places available is restricted. Reserved parking is accessible.
* Located on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro, this is the Emirates Towers Station. From this stop, you may take the covered walkway directly to the Museum of the Future.
