• People under the age of 18 should have a legal guardian with them.
• Only those between the ages of 12 and 65 can participate in this activity.
• All the participants should be at least 130 cm tall, and their weight must be 45–100 kg, with no heart condition.
• Handbags, wallets, keys, and phones can be stored in compact lockers. There are no shopping bag or luggage lockers. After riding, please empty your locker because storage is limited.
• You can now livestream your experience till takeoff with friends and family.
• Mobile phones are prohibited on ziplines.
• Cameras are prohibited for safety reasons, but we have you covered! Our trained camera crew will attend.
• A camera will be on your helmet the whole time. Emails with tailored videos and photographs will be delivered to registered users.

1. This ticket is for kids aged 12-16 years old ONLY (riders must be accompanied by a legal guardian)
2. Weight requirement: 45* - 100 kg
3. Taller than 130 cm
4. Modest comfortable clothing – no skirts, dresses, flip flops or loose footwear
5. Good medical condition
6. Free of existing or recurring injuries
7. Not under the influence of narcotics, spirits or any other substances that impair judgement (e.g., medicine)
8. Free from serious physical or mental disorders that would not allow you to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride
9. Free from medical conditions that require immediate medical attention
10. ID to be presented at check-in (as per passport)
11. Failing to present a valid ID in English will result in paying the difference of the full adult ticket price
