• The 99-minute Original Tour begins with a cruise around the breathtaking Dubai Marina. After that, the tour moves into the open sea and passes by the breathtaking Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis the Palm, and Burj Al Arab.
• By getting the ticket for The Yellow Boats, you have the chance to make photo stops at Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Atlantis.

• At the beginning of the trip, you would have one complimentary drink.
• For each participant, there is a life jacket.

• Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the Entrance for Identification purpose.
• Please arrive 20 minutes before the chosen time.
• Pregnant women, Heart Patients or people suffering from backache are strictly not recommended for the Tour.

• All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure at the boarding Location.
• Please note that missing your departure will not allow for a refund or rebooking. the boarding team will try to reach you if you are not at check-in for your prebooked departure time, so please give us your lead passenger's mobile number.
• The Yellow Boats will prioritize all clients above booking times and never let late-running customers affect departure schedules.
• Yellow Boats is not responsible for traffic, parking, late commuter services, or other outside reasons.
• The Yellow Boats may change your booking time or day for operational or other company reasons.
• Yellow Boats demand a minimum of six passengers for trips. If the minimum is not met, the company may offer a free rescheduling or a full refund.
• The Yellow Boats have the right to cancel any tour for safety or other reasons, with or without warning.
• In case of cancellation, The Yellow Boats will provide a gift tour, free rescheduling, or a full refund of the prepaid ticket. However, they will not be liable for travel expenses.
• Using the drones for video-taking is prohibited.
