The Green Planet

• Green Planet was reportedly created with the utmost attention to detail and features that are eerily similar to those found in a rainforest, giving you the impression that you are exploring an actual tropical forest.
• A massive artificial Kapok tree that towers over the entire facility at a height of 25 meters is the main attraction.
• It is the biggest of its kind in the world, made of vines and figs, and serves as a source of life for numerous rare species of plants, animals, and birds.
• Along with adding to the charm, a sparkling waterfall attached to the tree cools the air with mist.
• Using the spiral staircase built around the tree or boarding an elevator will make it easier for you to explore these levels.
• Don't pass up the opportunity to cross a rope suspension bridge, which will take you to a tree house and provide you with the only up-close views of the artificial tree, if you're an adventurer.

• Valid Ticket: Entry into The Green Planet is only permitted with a valid ticket, and guests must be able to present their ticket upon request.
• Supervision of Children: Children must be supervised at all times by an adult or someone 16 years or older. Adults are responsible for the care and conduct of the child in their care. The Green Planet reserves the right to modify adult age requirements if additional supervision is deemed necessary for a child.
• Age Categories: Child rate applies to ages 2 to 10 years, while adult rate applies to ages 11 years and above. The Green Planet may request proof of age.
• Safety Instructions: Guests must adhere to all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by The Green Planet team members.
• Food and Beverage: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility.
• Temporary Closures: The Green Planet reserves the right to temporarily close the facility for maintenance or private events without prior notice or compensation.
• Personal Belongings: Guests should not leave valuables or personal belongings unattended. The Green Planet is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Smoke-Free Environment: The Green Planet is a smoke-free facility.
• Responsibility for Damage: Guests may be held responsible for any damage caused to The Green Planet property or to the person or property of other guests.
• Attire: Guests must wear respectful attire at all times. The Green Planet reserves the right to refuse admission to guests with inappropriate attire.
• Right to Refuse Admission: The Green Planet management may refuse admission or reject a valid ticket holder if they pose a risk to the safety of other guests and animals, or if their presence may affect the enjoyment of other guests or the normal operation of The Green Planet.
• Liability: The Green Planet management accepts no liability and is indemnified by ticket-holding guests against any losses, costs, claims, demands, actions, damages, legal and professional fees, and expenses.
• Compliance with UAE Rules and Laws: The Green Planet operates within the boundaries of UAE rules and laws and abides by the local justice system.
• Respect for Plants and Animals: For the health and safety of the plants and animals, please refrain from touching, handling, feeding, or harassing them.
• Temperature and Humidity: The Green Planet maintains a temperature of 24-27 degrees Celsius and a humidity level of approximately 75%.
• Selfie Sticks and Tripods: Selfie sticks and standard tripods may be allowed at the discretion of The Green Planet (without flash).

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 2 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 11 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate
