• The first universe guests can visit is Aurora, which focuses on the art world. The journey continues at the Source, Drift, Outland, and Pool, where stars symbolize the rooms and new worlds emerge. The Pool, The River, and The Falls show different parts of imagination that are close to our own universe. The last two parts are completely based on an interstellar world where Nolan and Avatar universe comes to life

• To enter AYA Universe Dubai, please bring your Passport or Emirates ID for identification purposes.
• The last entry is allowed up to 1 hour before closing time, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly.
• Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable in Aya Universe
• The park's dress code is casual and comfortable clothing and shoes, wearing shorts are also allowed in Aya Universe.
• AYA is a multimedia experience that may not be suitable for gusts with Ménière's disease and those sensitive to flashing lights, loud noises, and dark spaces like claustrophobia
• Visitors are advised not to bring outside food and drinks into the park

• Children aged 0-3 years can enter AYA Universe Dubai for free
• Children between 3–12 years old require a child ticket.
• Visitors over 12 years old pay adult rates

• The Aya universe is located at Level One, Main Atrium, Wafi City, Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• if you follow Dubai Metro's Green line and reach to the Dubai Healthcare City metro station, you have only five minute walk to Aya universe
• Take bus numbers 13, 27, 88, C7, or X23, which all have stops near the mall
• Drive to Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai, and use the ample parking at WAFI Mall
