Required Documents for Visa Application
**Recent Passport Photo**
Recent passport-sized photo according to ICAO standards.
White background.
The photo must be recent and** not older than six months.**
**Original and Copy of Valid Travel Document**
The passport must have a validity exceeding the requested visa validity by at least SIX months.
The passport should have at least two blank pages (facing each other) available for the visa application.
Copy of UAE Residence Visa and Emirates ID -
**The validity period must be no less than SIX months.**
Confirmed Accommodation Reservation(Hotel Booking Voucher)
Travel Insurance
**Bank Statement and Salary Slip**
Bank statement for the past three to six months with all pages stamped by the respective bank.
Salary slip for the last three - six months.
Proof of Employment
**For employed individuals:**
A letter from the employer indicating the name, address, and telephone number of the employer.
The applicant's position, tenure, duration, and salary.
Confirmation that the applicant will resume duties upon return.
For self-employed individuals:
Valid trade license or title deed of property owned in the UAE.
Additional Requirements for Minors (Under the Age of 18)
Birth Certificate of the Minor
**Parental Authorization**
Authorization by both parents/legal guardians.
If parents are present during the application stage, they must fill in the parental consent form at the VFS stage.
Copy of Passport Data Page of Both Parents/Legal Guardians
Showing the signature of the bearer.
Guardianship Documentation
Documentary evidence proving the status of guardianship (if applicable).
